The Application may be available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and/or Google Play (Android). Identifiers, payments, sign-in, tracking permission, and system settings differ by store. Read “Applies on both platforms” plus the section for the store you used. iOS App Review should rely on the common sections and “iOS (App Store)” only — not on the Google Play section.
This policy is intended to match the Application’s actual behavior (App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1). The Service Provider does not collect email to build a marketing list and does not send promotional campaigns. You are not required to create a password-based account with the Service Provider to use core features.
Honesty, identity, and no dark patterns (Guideline 5.6)
The Service Provider will not misrepresent Corsair Path Race, who publishes it, or how it handles data. This page is the privacy policy for Corsair Path Race as published by Sherman PLC. It is not a generic sample, and it is not meant to describe other apps.Under Guideline 5.6 (Developer Code of Conduct), including 5.6.2 (Developer Identity):
- The publisher named on this page (Sherman PLC) is the party responsible for this Application. Contact robinsonbobby@gmail.com is the channel for privacy and support questions about this Application. That identity and contact are meant to be truthful and reachable — they should match what users and Apple see for this app.
- The Application does not trick users into unwanted purchases, hide the price of in-app items, charge for content that is not delivered, or make paid features depend on granting tracking, notifications, or extra data access.
- The Application does not force users to share data that is not needed for the feature they are using. Sign-in, ATT, and notifications are optional where offered; core use is not gated on them.
- We do not list SDKs, logins, or data types that this binary does not use, and we do not omit SDKs, logins, or data types that this binary does use. If a paragraph below says “if included,” that item applies only when it is actually in the installed build.
- Third parties named in this policy (analytics, crash reporting, attribution, push, engine, store, or sign-in providers) receive only the data needed for their stated purpose. They are expected to protect that data at least as strongly as this policy and Apple’s Guidelines require. We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers.
Accuracy. A third-party SDK, login method, purchase, or push capability applies only if that item is included in the binary you installed. Do not treat a feature described for the other store as part of your build.
Applies on both platforms
What we do not collect
The Application does not collect location information (precise or approximate). It does not request location permission and does not use GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cell positioning. IP address, if processed by a network or analytics service, is not used to determine or store your location. The Service Provider does not collect payment card numbers. The Service Provider does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with data brokers.
Data stored only on your device
The Application stores progress, scores, settings, and local logs on the device (for example in on-device preferences). If you do not sign in, this data is not uploaded as an account profile. Uninstalling the Application deletes this local copy.Data that may be processed
Depending on the binary, the following categories may be processed. They map to Apple’s App Privacy labels where applicable:- Identifiers — app/device identifiers (see the iOS or Google Play section); a provider user ID if you sign in
- Contact info — email and/or name only if you sign in and the provider shares them with your permission (including Hide My Email on Apple)
- Purchases — product ID, purchase status, and store receipt/token if the build includes in-app purchases (not your card number)
- Usage data — product interaction, session time, screens or features used
- Diagnostics — crash logs, performance, and device/app version needed to keep the Application working
- Other diagnostic / technical — IP address, OS, language, time zone; push token if notifications are included
Third-party services (common)
The Service Provider uses the following processors only for the stated purpose, and only if present in the binary. Each has its own privacy policy.- Google Analytics for Firebase — analytics / performance
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy - Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/ - Firebase Cloud Messaging — push delivery
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy - Firebase Remote Config — remote feature flags and parameters
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy - Adjust — install and campaign attribution only (not personalized ads)
https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy - Unity — game/app engine runtime
https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy - In-app WebView — may load a page inside the Application. If that page is operated by a third party, that operator’s privacy policy applies. The WebView is not used to bypass ATT or to fingerprint you.
iOS (App Store)
This section applies only if you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store. It does not describe the Google Play binary.App Tracking Transparency (Guideline 5.1.2)
On iOS, Adjust may request permission to track for attribution and install measurement only. That request, if shown, is Apple’s ATT prompt. The Application does not use tracking permission for personalized advertising, remarketing, or sharing with data brokers. If you allow tracking, IDFA may be used together with IDFV for attribution. Under Apple’s definition this is tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", IDFA is not used. The Application still works in full; features are not gated on ATT. Attribution may then use Apple-permitted non-tracking measurement such as SKAdNetwork.
The Service Provider does not fingerprint the device (and does not combine IP, device signals, or other data) to identify you across apps or websites after you deny tracking. You can change the choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Other iOS identifiers
IDFV may be processed to distinguish app installs on your device for analytics, crashes, and attribution that does not require ATT. IDFV is not used for personalized ads.Sign in with Apple and account deletion (Guidelines 4.8 and 5.1.1(v))
If this iOS build offers sign-in, Sign in with Apple is offered as an option. If a third-party login is also offered on iOS, Sign in with Apple is available as an equivalent option.Apple may provide an Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, a name and email. Hide My Email uses Apple’s private relay. This information is used only to create and maintain the session, restore purchases or progress where applicable, and answer support you start — not for marketing. Apple’s policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
If this iOS build lets you create or link an account, you can delete that account in the Application where an account-deletion control is provided. You may also request deletion at robinsonbobby@gmail.com. Deletion removes the account identifiers the Service Provider maintains. Apple may retain Sign in with Apple records under Apple’s policy. You can also revoke the app in Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.
Do not read the Google Play “Google Sign-In” paragraph as applying to the iOS binary unless Google Sign-In is actually included in that iOS binary.
In-app purchases (StoreKit)
If this iOS build includes in-app purchases, Apple processes payment via StoreKit / the App Store. Prices are shown by the App Store before you pay. The Service Provider receives purchase status, product identifiers, and receipts or tokens so the purchased features can be unlocked or restored — not to take a second payment outside Apple. Card numbers stay with Apple. The Application does not use fake restore buttons, disguised ads as buy buttons, or other manipulative purchase flows. Manage billing, refunds, and subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store account. Restore previous purchases with the restore control in the Application or via Apple. Paid functionality does not require you to allow tracking or to share additional personal data.Notifications on iOS
If this iOS build includes push, iOS will ask permission before notifications are sent (FCM / APNs). You can deny or later disable them in Settings → Notifications → the Application. The Application still works if notifications are off. Notifications are product messages (for example reminders), not marketing to a collected email list.App Privacy labels (iOS)
In App Store Connect, data types should match this policy. Typical types, if present in the binary: Identifiers (Device ID / User ID), Usage Data, Diagnostics, Purchases, and Contact Info only if sign-in shares email/name. Location is not collected. Data used to track you is limited to ATT-permitted attribution via Adjust when you allow tracking — not personalized advertising.Google Play (Android)
This section applies only if you downloaded the Application from Google Play. iOS App Review should ignore this section. On Android, Adjust may use the Google advertising ID (ADID) for attribution and install measurement only, not personalized advertising. Reset or limit it in Google / device ads settings. The Android build does not use IDFA, IDFV, or ATT.
If the Google Play build offers Google Sign-In, Google may share an account identifier, name, and email for the scopes you approve, only to maintain the session, restore purchases or progress, and support — not marketing. https://policies.google.com/privacy Sign in with Apple is not used on Google Play.
If in-app purchases are included, Google Play Billing processes payment. The Service Provider does not receive your card number. If push is included, disable it in the app’s notification settings on the device.
Your choices
- iOS tracking — ATT prompt, or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- iOS / Android notifications — system notification settings
- Sign-out and revoke — in the Application, plus Apple ID or Google Account settings
- Account deletion (if sign-in exists) — in-app deletion control where provided, or robinsonbobby@gmail.com
- Local data — uninstall the Application
Retention
On-device data lasts until you uninstall. If you never sign in, the Service Provider does not keep an account profile. If you sign in, the provider user ID and any name/email you shared are kept only as long as needed for that session, or until you delete the account. Third parties follow their own retention rules.Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for use by children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact robinsonbobby@gmail.com so it can be deleted.Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed with the Application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.Changes
The Service Provider may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will appear here before they apply. This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-09-20.Contact
Privacy and account questions for this Application: robinsonbobby@gmail.com.Sherman PLC is the publisher named in this policy. If something on this page does not match the installed app or the App Store listing, the listing and the binary control — contact robinsonbobby@gmail.com so the policy can be corrected.
Using the Application means you acknowledge this policy for the platform you use. That acknowledgment is separate from iOS tracking permission: tracking occurs only if you allow it in ATT.
